Use the employer’s instructions as your starting point

HireVue’s candidate guidance distinguishes on-demand recorded interviews from live conversations. Your invitation is the place to confirm the format, deadline and requirements. Use the available practice questions to get comfortable with the recording flow. Do not assume the preparation time, answer limit or number of attempts will be the same across employers.
