What to strengthen
The service feels attentive. Add the outcome and how you managed your other responsibilities.
Guest-focused examples, spoken clearly
Target says interviewers ask for specific examples of past behaviour or responses to business situations. Some business areas use recorded video interviews, with a practice question and a chance to test equipment.
- Use concrete situations from work, study or volunteering.
- Try the practice question if your invitation includes it.
- Keep each example focused on the skill the question asks about.
