Demo session
The interviewer asks

Tell me about a document error you caught before it caused a problem.

The answer
While checking a bundle against the index, I noticed two versions of the same document had different dates. I flagged it to the supervising solicitor, confirmed which version belonged in the bundle and updated the index after approval. I added a version check to my preparation checklist.

Before you start

How to prepare your examples and get the most from your practice.

How should I prepare for this interview?
Use anonymised examples of deadline management, document accuracy and asking for clarification. Make your contribution and supervision arrangements clear.
Will these questions come up in my interview?
These are original practice examples covering useful themes for this role. Your employer will choose its own questions. Match your preparation to the job description and the interview invitation.
Can I use examples from study or volunteering?
Yes. Pick a real situation where you made a decision, helped someone or solved a problem. Explain your own contribution and be clear about the setting.
Should I memorise the example answer?
Use it to understand the structure, then practise with your own experience. A story you know well is easier to adapt when the interviewer asks a follow-up.
How does spoken practice help?
Saying an answer out loud reveals the details you skip and the parts that run on. Bossed gives feedback so you can improve one part and try again.
