At Lumen Bank I wanted to move our onboarding checks earlier in the flow. My manager thought it would slow sign-ups, so I ran it on ten percent of traffic for two weeks and showed her completion went up, not down.
Example scores
What to strengthen
You explained how you tested your idea. Make the result more convincing: say how much completion improved and what your manager decided.
Questions written for the job you applied to
Your CV, job listing and employer research help Bossed ask questions that relate to the role you want.
Lumen has just moved to self-serve onboarding. How would you tell whether a rise in churn is a product problem or a support one?
Practise for the role you want
Know what to work on before interview day
Track technical skills, communication, problem solving and teamwork across sessions. Use your feedback to focus your next rehearsal.
Example progress
Walk in prepared.
You know what you did. Rehearse how to explain it so an interviewer can see your contribution.
Find the missing detail, unclear explanation or rushed conclusion while you still have time to work on it.
Practise responding when the interviewer asks for more detail, so your preparation goes beyond an opening answer.
Feel ready for your next interview

Felt a bit weird talking to it at first. But it helped me realise how long I take to actually answer a question.
used it the night before my interview. should've started earlier lol. Really useful follow ups.
My answers looked fine in my notes. Saying them out loud... different story!! This helped a lot.
Good practice for the classroom questions I was dreading. Still nervous on the day, but felt more prepared.
Moving out of retail and wasn't sure how to talk about my experience. This made it easier.
